Mrs. Esther Eisenman has been a respected educational leader for over 22 years. She began her career as Judaics Principal at Beth Tfiloh High School in Baltimore, later serving as Menahelet of Midreshet Shalhevet in the Five Towns for a decade. Most recently, she was Principal of both the Middle and High Schools at Bruriah in Elizabeth, NJ.

Mrs. Eisenman holds a B.A. in English Literature from Stern College for Women and a J.D. from NYU School of Law. After a successful 13-year legal career, she shifted her focus to education, earning an M.A. in Judaic Studies with a concentration in medieval Jewish philosophy and an M.S. in Educational Administration from Baltimore Hebrew University. She is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Jewish Educational Leadership and Innovation at the Azrieli Graduate School of Education.

Mrs. Eisenman is a leader who can inspire academic excellence, lead with integrity, and embodies the values of our Torah-centered community. She brings passion, principle, and a holistic vision of education to everything she does.

With her extensive experience, deep knowledge, and unwavering commitment to community-building, Mrs. Eisenman will guide NEJA into its next chapter—helping our students thrive as thoughtful, engaged members of both society and the Jewish people.
