We encourage families to visit campus during the school day to see NEJA in action. Please plan for a 90-minute visit, which includes a tour and time to answer any questions you may have.
 

Our Online Application makes applying simple and convenient, allowing you to track the status of your application once submitted and view which forms need to be completed.
A non-refundable application fee of $100 is required with each submission.

Please note that applications received after August 1st will be considered once school starts for the upcoming year.

Please be sure that all required documents are submitted along with your application:   

• Copy of student's birth certificate
• Copy of most recent educational or psychological assessments, if applicable
• Copy of conversion certificate, if applicable
• Copy of immigration papers, if applicable
• Copy of most recent student records, if applicable
  • We will need a current report card, final report cards from the previous two years, as well as evaluations, reports, and/or testing, for students entering 1st-12th grade.
  • Your application will not be completed until we receive the requested records as well as the name and phone number of your child's current teacher (this includes all entering students who have attended any formal daycare before applying).

Once the application and records have been received, you may be contacted to set up a day and time for your student(s) to meet with our administration within a 2-week time frame. Acceptance decisions will be made and communicated once all of the above steps are complete. 
 

Once your child receives an acceptance letter, you may proceed with official enrollment at NEJA. Families will have 10 calendar days to enroll at the Early Bird rate of $500. After this window, the standard enrollment fee of $650 will apply.
