Hello. My name is Ms. Trotman, and I am excited to serve as the College Guidance Counselor here at NEJA. With six years of experience as an academic advisor assisting college students in navigating their educational journeys, I'm excited to now focus on supporting our high school youth as they prepare for the transition into higher education.

In my role, I am dedicated to guiding students through the entire college preparation process, from exploring post-high school options to developing actionable plans for their future. I will be working closely with students to help them identify and pursue their educational and career goals, as well as coordinating valuable guest speakers and other resources to further support their college readiness.

My office hours are Monday through Wednesday in Room 207. Students are encouraged to drop by anytime throughout the day or schedule an appointment with me via email. I also welcome parents to reach out if they would like to discuss their student's progress, goals, or any other concerns regarding college planning (Atrotman@neja.org).
